I ended up having a relatively good workout week. This is how it ended up playing out:

Evening Spinning Class
Tuesday:
3.5-mile Trail Run
Evening Core / Spin Class
Wednesday:
3.0-mile Trail Run
Evening Spinning class
Thursday:
3.5-mile Trail Run
Friday:
Personal Training
Saturday:
1-Hour of Horseback Riding

As I mentioned yesterday, I have a crazy week coming up. Hopefully I'll stand up to it all.
